It’s been quiet in the GMCT office over the past two days as Tom Elliott, Community Engagement Manager, attended the SFA Community Scheme In-service training in Largs. It was an early start for Elliott yesterday with a mixture of theory and practical workshops that ran late into the evening.
Delighted with his new SFA training kit, Tom said “It’s been a great couple of days down in Largs. I’ve met old and new faces here and enjoyed the opportunity to attend this training course. I’ve been made very welcome by Jim Fleeting, Andy Gould, Paul McNeil, Ritchie Wilson and all the community scheme managers and coaches.
There will be more courses in the future for Tom to attend which are run by the SFA. Tom’s next in-service training will be delivered by himself & Stuart Rafferty; SFA Development Officer, to the community coaches ahead of our Easter Camps. Booking continues online www.mortoncommunity.net
Well done Tom!!
