We are delighted to announce we have signed a 3-year partnership with Specsavers Greenock to become the main sponsor of Morton Girls. Throughout the last 4 years, Specsavers Greenock have been a proud supporter of Morton in the Community, in particular Micro Morton in which they have provided footballs and bibs to our budding young footballers.
This exciting new partnership will now see Specsavers Greenock as the main sponsor of Micro Morton, Girls Only centres, and our Girls Community Teams which run from under 9s through to under 17s.
One of the main benefits of the sponsorship is the design of a unique strip which the girls will wear when competing in matches each weekend. Having hosted a competition between our girls’ players to design the strip.
The winning design for the outfield strip was designed by Ava Collins (under 15s), and the goalkeeper strip was designed by Zoe Allardice (under 13s).
