This year marks the 5th anniversary of our men’s mental health project, ‘Team Talk’.
Team Talk is a men's mental health project which started in May 2019. The group meet every Monday from 6pm-8pm at Cappielow Park, Greenock. Team Talk provides an opportunity for men to talk, meet new people and be part of a group. There is no registration required, you can simply turn up.
· 260 meetings
· Over 520 hours of talking
Team Talk participants rated their feelings from 1-10 (1 being poor and 10 being excellent) on how they remember feeling the first time they attended Team Talk. The initial average rating was between 1-3, and now, the average rating is 8-9.
